JLA Design is uniquely equipped to provide fast, tailored custom home designs and can handle nearly all of the documentation required for building permit submittal including civil, architectural, structural, and MEP design. JLA works with other local firms to provide surveying and geotechnical support. If you are starting a custom home project, JLA can handle everything needed to design and permit the project.
JLA Design works closely with clients through the architectural design phase of the project. Through several design iterations, JLA and the client work together to refine and advance the design, ensuring that the clients needs and expectations are met, and that building code compliance is achieved.
When nearing the end of the architectural design phase, JLA can engage with the General Contractors to review the design and provide feedback on constructability and potential areas for cost savings. JLA encourages clients to participate actively in these meetings.
